All heavy duty floating shelf brackets 18" or longer have a larger mounting plate of 12" instead of 7.75". We also increase the thickness of the mounting plate from 3/16" to 1/4".
What are the dims for the longer mounting brackets and do they use more screws then the 6 shown? Heavy Duty Floating Shelf Bracket
Only figures with dimensions show a mounting bracket length of 7-3/4", but the description makes it sound like there is another longer option. What are the dimensions for these and what is the xxxx layout?
